Delivery & Service

1.The items need 3-7 working days for preparation after payment done and tracking info can be checked through platform after we sent package out.
2.Goods will be shipped from different countries based on your address cause we have warehouses in EU,US,Russia and China.Please leave message to our custom service if you have other requirements
3.Import duties are not included in the total price of the product, which is the buyer's responsibility but we are pleasure to help clearance.Please refer to your local regulation on import tariffs cause what we pay for are not included import tax,custom fee,surcharge of remote area or custom delay.

Return & Refund 

1.For any reason you do not want keep the unit please contact our custom service for instructions on how to return the package for a full refund or replacement and returns must be in the original package and the export duties and delivery costs shall be paid by buyer if return the goods.
