Warranty, Return & Exchange Policy
1.15-month warranty from the moment you receive the product and accessories come with 3-month warranty.
2.We provide permanent technical support and operation suggestion for those products that are not in the warranty period.
3.All our units are being tested several times before we ship and please find professional engineer for installation meanwhile we provide video guide if you have any problems about installation.
4.We have professional staffs for your installation and ensure your satisfaction.Any questions just feel free to text us.
Return & Refund
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For any reason you do not want keep the unit please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how to return the package for a full refund or replacement and returns must be in the original package and the export duties and delivery costs shall be paid by buyer if return the goods. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return for product issue
Within three months
1) Return for exchange: Customers need to send the product back as requested and we’ll ship a new unit after we test the broken one.
2) Return for refund: Customers need to send the product back as requested, and we’ll refund the payment after our staff check unit is without man-made damage.
60 days - 2 year
We will charge some fee of repairring and shipping if there's problem after using for few months. We have professional staffs who can fix the problem for you and please rest assured that we’re here to help when product issues occur.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
